does your SWM lnb has a band-switch by voltage (14/18v) or tone (22k)
Hat Ihr SWM-LNB einen Bandschalter für Spannung (14/18 V) oder Ton (22 K)?

with this LNB no need to change the supply voltage, it will work at 14V as well as at 18V.
on the other hand you need a polarotor in front of the LNB.
In this case I don't think you need my adapter.
in my tests on a PM of 140cm with the EGIS I saw that the value of the skew is very different from the theoretical value provided by calculation by SATLEX.BE, the satellites are sometimes inclined to favor individual reception.

Not with these LNBs, but I also have some of the older generations that only switch the band via 13/18V (SMW Xl-800C (10.7-12.75) and the XL-800A (10.95-12, 75)).

That does not surprise me. There are also differences in the C/Ku band, even if both are linear on the same satellite.
